Chapter 1: Getting Started

Creating Your Account

1. Go to Sign Up Page - Visit kingdomconnects.org/signup.html or click "Sign Up" from any page
2. Fill in Your Information - First Name, Last Name, Email, Password (8+ characters, 1 uppercase, 1 number)
3. Agree to Terms - Read the Terms of Service and check the agreement box
4. Verify Your Email - Check your inbox and click the verification link
5. Access Your Dashboard - Log in to start exploring Christian businesses and churches

Logging In

1. Go to kingdomconnects.org/login.html
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Log In

Chapter 2: Dashboard Features

Dashboard Overview

Your Member Admin shows:

• Saved Favorites - Number of businesses you've bookmarked
• Reviews Written - Number of reviews you've submitted
• Account Status - Your membership level
• Member Since - When you joined

Church Business Recommendations

If you're affiliated with a church, your dashboard shows Businesses at Your Church - highlighting businesses owned by fellow church members.

Quick Actions

• My Favorites - View businesses you've saved
• My Reviews - See and manage your reviews
• Businesses - Browse the business directory
• Churches - Find churches in your area
• Settings - Update your preferences

Chapter 3: Finding Businesses

Using the Business Directory

1. Click Businesses from your dashboard
2. Use search options: Keyword search, Category filter, Location filter
3. Use Distance Search to find Pro businesses within X miles of you
4. Click any business to view details

Business Listings Show

• Business Name - The company name
• Category - Type of business
• Location - City and state
• Rating - Star rating from reviews
• Pro Badge - Gold badge for Pro subscribers

Business Detail Pages

Clicking a business shows:

• Full description
• Contact information
• Business hours
• Photos and videos
• Customer reviews
• Map location

Chapter 4: Saving Favorites

Adding a Business to Favorites

1. Find a business you want to save
2. Click the heart icon or Save button
3. Business is added to your favorites list

Viewing Your Favorites

1. Dashboard → My Favorites
2. See all saved businesses
3. Click any to view details
4. Click heart again to remove from favorites

Chapter 5: Writing Reviews

How to Leave a Review

1. Go to the business page
2. Scroll to the Reviews section
3. Click Write a Review
4. Select your star rating (1-5 stars)
5. Write your review (describe your experience)
6. Click Submit Review

Review Guidelines

• Be honest and fair
• Describe your actual experience
• Be respectful and constructive
• No personal attacks or profanity
• No promotional content or spam

Managing Your Reviews

1. Dashboard → My Reviews
2. See all reviews you've written
3. Edit or delete your reviews if needed

Chapter 6: Church Affiliation

Why Affiliate with a Church?

• See businesses at your church
• Get personalized recommendations
• Support your church community
• Connect with fellow believers

How to Affiliate

1. Dashboard → Settings → Church
2. Search for your church by name
3. Click Affiliate
4. Your dashboard updates to show church businesses

Changing Your Church

1. Dashboard → Settings → Church
2. Click Change Church
3. Search for your new church
4. Click Affiliate

Chapter 7: Account Settings

Updating Your Profile

1. Dashboard → Settings
2. Update your name, email, or phone
3. Click Save Changes

Changing Your Password

1. Dashboard → Settings → Security
2. Enter current password
3. Enter new password (8+ characters, 1 uppercase, 1 number)
4. Confirm new password
5. Click Update Password

Email Preferences

Control what emails you receive:

• New business notifications
• Review responses
• Platform updates
• Marketing emails
