💡 How Commissions Work

  • Recurring Monthly: As long as business stays Pro, all parties get paid monthly
  • Church: 10% goes to the business's home church
  • Salesperson: 5% goes to whoever signed that church
  • Sales Director: 30% goes to whoever recruited that salesperson
  • Kingdom Connect: Remainder (55%) for operations/profit

Required Fields for Commission Tracking

Every Pro business MUST have these fields populated in Firestore:

  • home_church_id - Which church gets the 10%
  • referring_salesperson_id - Who gets the 5%
  • sales_director_id - Who gets the 30%
